This one-of-a-kind punch needle creation has been punched using fine, hand dyed Merino wool threads. The weaver's cloth has been pinked and hand stitched onto a square of heather blue wool felt. Buttons from Grandmom's button box have been stitched to the front of the case to keep everything all together.
The inside of the case reveals another piece of burgundy wool felt to keep your special pins n' needles safe. Measures about 3 1/2" by 4" when closed and 6" when opened. The punched piece is about 2" round. I hope you like it!

Another one-of-a-kind creation that's purdy and functional too! I've punched a row of posies in their clay pots using my new Merino hand dyed wool threads and placed it around a vintage Coats & Clark Dressmaker wooden spool. I've left both labels on the spool just for fun. I think it gives it more character! The hole at the top of the spool is perfect for keeping your embroidery scissors handy. It would also look sweet on a shelf or tucked in the lap of your favorite prim raggedy. The spool measures a little over 2" tall. The punched piece measures about 4" long by 1 1/2" tall.
